Do you provide audio visual?
No, we do not provide specialized sound equipment.
Are desserts allowed?
Yes. Cakes, cupcakes, cake pops, chocolate-covered pretzels, brownies, and similar desserts may be brought into the venue. However, Filipino Desserts are not allowed as we are able to produce them. For additional clarification, please contact Sinublan Catering.
Is refrigeration available for cakes or cupcakes?
Refrigeration is subject to availability and storage capacity. We recommend bringing desserts that can safely remain at room temperature.
Is there air conditioning in the ballroom?
Yes, the ballroom is air-conditioned.
Are chair covers provided?
Chair covers are not provided. However, we can offer referrals to chair cover vendors upon request.
Are beverages included with the menu?
Yes. The menu includes water, coffee, and plantation iced tea. Please inquire for bar/soda service.
Is outside alcohol permitted?
No outside alcohol is allowed on the premises.
Are bounce houses allowed at the FilCom Center?
No. Inflatables are not permitted anywhere within the facility or on FilCom premises. This includes, but is not limited to, bounce houses, inflatable photo booths, and similar equipment.
